1. About these terms

Welcome to FS Collezione. This website, located at https://fscollezione.com, is operated by Collezione LLC, doing business as FS Collezione ("FS Collezione," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through it.

Please read these terms before placing an order. Where you are asked to accept them, your acceptance forms an agreement with us. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use features requiring acceptance.

Our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy also apply to purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Using our website

You may browse our website for lawful purposes. To make a purchase, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract, or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase on your behalf.

You must not misuse our website, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, access another customer's account without permission, introduce harmful software, interfere with security measures, or collect other users' personal information without authorization.

If accounts are available, please keep your account details accurate and your login credentials secure. Notify us at support@fscollezione.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Our products

FS Collezione offers hair brushes, combs, accessories, and related products. Please review each product's description, materials, dimensions, and care instructions before purchasing.

We aim to present our products accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect how colors appear. Where a product includes natural materials such as wood, variations in grain, tone, and texture may occur. These variations do not by themselves indicate a defect, provided the product conforms to its description and applicable quality requirements.

Availability may change. We may introduce or discontinue products and set reasonable purchase limits. Product information changes apply to future purchases and do not reduce your rights under an existing order.

4. Prices and payment

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides ecommerce services for orders and payments.

The currency applicable to your purchase is displayed on the website or at checkout. Before submitting an order, you will be shown the product price and applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges we collect.

You authorize us and our payment providers to process the payment you select for your order. You must be authorized to use that payment method. Additional fees imposed by your bank or payment provider, such as currency conversion fees, are governed by your agreement with that provider.

Prices may change for future orders. If we discover a material pricing or product-description error affecting your order, we will contact you to offer a correction or cancellation, as appropriate and permitted by law. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items and applicable associated charges.

5. Orders, changes, and cancellations

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items selected. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; we accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation, unless applicable law requires an earlier acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, a payment problem, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for items we cannot supply.

Please check your shipping address and order details before submitting your order. Contact support@fscollezione.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun. This does not affect cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Any preorder item will be identified before purchase, with its estimated shipment timing and any specific conditions.

6. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping & Returns Policy explains available destinations, shipping methods, processing times, and delivery estimates. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, and refund required by law.

For international orders, checkout and our Shipping & Returns Policy will explain whether import duties and taxes are collected by us or payable by the recipient. Please review that information before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, contact support@fscollezione.com with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please retain packaging where reasonably possible. Nothing in this section shifts responsibility to you where applicable law places it on us.

7. Returns, refunds, and product concerns

Please review our Refund Policy for return eligibility, the return window, item condition requirements, return shipping costs, and refund procedures.

Any final-sale or other return restriction will be disclosed before purchase. A restriction on change-of-mind returns does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods where those rights apply by law.

If you believe a product is defective, contact support@fscollezione.com. Follow the care instructions supplied with your product. Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may fall outside a voluntary warranty or return policy; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and expiration dates stated with each offer. Only combinations expressly allowed by the offer may be used together. We may refuse a promotion obtained through fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law.

9. Hair education and recommendations

Our articles, tutorials, quizzes, styling suggestions, and product recommendations provide general haircare and styling information. Recommendations depend on the information you provide and may not suit every hair type or individual circumstance. Results vary.

This content does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about scalp conditions, unexplained hair loss, or other medical concerns. Use products as directed and stop using any product that causes irritation or injury.

10. Website content and intellectual property

Our branding, photographs, original text, graphics, and other website materials belong to FS Collezione or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping and reference. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce our materials for commercial use, republish them, or use our trademarks in a way that suggests our sponsorship or approval without written permission.

11. Reviews and community submissions

If you submit a review or other content for publication on our website, you retain ownership of your content. You give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display it on our website and make formatting changes needed for that display. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Reviews should reflect your honest experience. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, misleading, or infringing content, or another person's private information. We may moderate submissions for these reasons, but will not remove an otherwise compliant review solely because it is negative.

This permission does not authorize us to use your photos, name, or likeness in advertising without separate permission. Tagging FS Collezione on social media alone does not grant us that permission.

12. Other websites and services

Our website may link to external websites or offer services supplied by third parties. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent websites or services. This does not limit our responsibility for obligations we owe you as the seller.

13. Website availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain our website, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, such as lost business profits or lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These terms do not exclude warranties or remedies that applicable law requires, or override an express product warranty we provide.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security threat, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. A restriction does not remove your rights concerning an existing purchase or refund.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Please contact support@fscollezione.com about a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any court, regulator, or dispute-resolution process available to you by law. Any agreed court venue remains subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.

16. Updates and general provisions

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future purchases. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by law. Updates will not retroactively change the terms of an existing purchase or dispute.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later. These terms and the purchase policies referenced above form the agreement concerning the matters they cover, without limiting rights or representations that cannot legally be excluded.
